Detailed Description

Reverse index: endpoint GID (writer or reader) -> owning node identity. rmw_dds_common::GraphCache only exposes node -> GID (forward) lookups, not the reverse, so this fills that gap for endpoints owned by OTHER processes — needed by get_topic_endpoint_info.cpp (rmw_get_publishers/subscriptions_ info_by_topic) to report a real node_name/node_namespace instead of an empty string for remote endpoints. Populated in graph_on_data_available() (graph_sync.cpp) from every received ParticipantEntitiesInfo's writer_gid_seq/reader_gid_seq. Entries for since-destroyed entities are never evicted — GIDs are never reused within this participant's lifetime, so a stale entry is simply never looked up again by astutedds_enumerate_publications/ subscriptions(), which only reports currently-alive endpoints. Protected by graph_mtx.
